Based on ASPU care to provide permanent accommodation for its dear students during their studies at the university, the university provided student housing service at the university's permanent headquarters (Al-Tal).

The student housing building consists of /6/ floors consisting of two symmetrical sections, a section for males and a section for females, and each section has its own entrance. It also contains /220/ rooms distributed over /6/ floors, serving /40/ male and female students according to the following:

• The first floor: with an area of /917 square meters/ containing /20/ rooms with an area of /15 square meters/ that can accommodate two people, and each floor is equipped with a number of toilets and kitchens.
• The second, third, fourth and fifth floors: with an area of /1288 square meters/ containing /40/ rooms with an area of /15 square meters/ accommodating two persons, and each floor is equipped with of toilets and kitchens.
• The sixth floor: with an area of /1288 square meters/ containing /40/ VIP rooms that can accommodate one person with an area of /15 square meters/ and each room is equipped with a toilet and an entertainment buffet.
